The room at Inn Hotel was spacious, modern, and comfortable. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the amenities provided. The location was convenient, with easy access to the nearby Taipa Village and a free hotel shuttle bus to Emperor Hotel. The front desk staff were professional and helpful in resolving any issues we had. The hotel also provided a free data phone, very useful for navigating around Macau.

I had a great stay at this hotel for my trip to Macau. the location is fantastic, being near the airport and within walking distance to some shops. It also has easy access to the Ferry Terminal, making it convenient for exploring Macau Island. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was excellent. They were attentive to detail and made sure all our basic amenities were taken care of. The rooms were clean and equipped with all the necessary visitor's amenities. Lastly, I loved the sky view from the hotel and the delicious breakfast with a variety of choices, including other eggs.
No major issues, everything was fine.

Polite, responsive staff. Nice cozy room with everything you need to stay. From the pier in Macau itself, you need to sit on a free Shuttle to Grand Royal. There you'll be transferred to a free shuttle bus to the hotel. Show your reservation and you'll be on the bus out of turn. Hubert's taxi doesn't work, all the time in Macau wrote that there were no free cars, in fact they were free ramparts. Taxis here are slowed down by just a swing of a hand, the basic rate is 19 nautical miles further down the mile... Taxi drivers on the dock ask for 200 over or over pounds for a ride to the hotel, weird people, maybe someone's going for it. There's a free Shuttle from the hotel to the airport at 11 a.m. I loved it. They offered to choose whether we want to make a deposit with a card or cash. A deposit of 500 mor or the same amount of Hong Kong dollars.

This hotel offers great value for money. With affordable prices and attention to detail, it is a smart choice for budget-conscious travelers. The location of this hotel is excellent. Situated near the Ferry Terminal and not far from the Venetian casino, it provides easy access to popular attractions. Getting around is a breeze, thanks to the hotel's proximity to public transport options like buses from the ferry terminal or the old town. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, accommodating, and ensured that all our basic amenities were taken care of. The rooms were comfortable and functional, with everything we needed. The sky view from our room was a delightful bonus. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including delicious eggs, to start the day with a satisfied stomach.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Very quiet and comfortable enough. The stroller broke down, went to the reception, the staff repaired, for which thank you very much. When contacting the staff for help, always received a service or information in full.
At check-in they asked me to pay for the accommodation, explaining that on the site I made only the reservation of the room, and payment in fact at the time of check-in. This is not the case, be careful. The money was charged on the day of arrival at 00.00 hours, from your card, which was declared on the buking. I refused to pay a second time, a more experienced manager came up and explained to the staff who checked in that the room was paid for. I only signed the voucher that the money had been withdrawn earlier. That's a very subtle point. There were no problems on the financial side when we left. It was quick enough.

The service at the reception was friendly and helpful, the room was simply and functionally furnished, the location is good, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel, there are shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity
the breakfast (nice and special breakfast room) was simple and left a lot to be desired: no orange juice "only" water, no milk for coffee "only" condensed milk, no (warm) fresh milk, limited supply of bread = only toast rolls, rice and eggs. There were also Chinese specialties.

The room wassuper clean and cozy, with a spacious and comfortable bed. The third-floor restaurant offered a good deal for lunch, and the free shuttle transfers to downtown were a bonus. The hotel was conveniently located near Cotai strip and popular Cunha street. The staff, especially Candy, were very friendly and helpful.
Nothing, all great.

The hotel is a short walk away from some convenient shops and restaurants. The rooms have good amenities and a great view of Macau's skyline - perfect for new year's. The hotel also offered a free shuttle to some nearby casinos.
The breakfast was not great and didn't offer much variety. The hotel wasn't very soundproof, so I could hear everything happening in the hallway and outside.

Close access to Casino and conference venue at lowest price.
Some basic cutlery and crockery would have been good. Had to ask. Like all hotels,if a confirmation credit card is altered to another at check out....there are delays in your card being cleared of the confirmation debit.
